back to the usual set-up
February 8, 2006
I am now alot more comfortable with my mac and have all my old apps or there equivilent or better running and working.
I am now back posting using flock, which makes a refreshing change to the wordpress admin page although there is nothing wrong with it. It is just i like fireing up an app and clicking done.
I am continuing to work on my idea for a VLE (Virtual Learning Environment) and i am looking into using Drupal as a base to develop on, as the API and the already built in features fit some of my more complex basic needs for the system.
However it will take a few modules and AJAX addtions to get the thing working.
I have my base install of Drupal 4.7 on my newly configured test server, so i was going to set it up separately in the end i used WAMMP 5 and filezilla FTP server. It works fine and drupal has impressed me with its flexibility. Beats developing it from scratch
